The European Commission and many of its many subordinate authorities as well as the Council and Parliament are some of our longstanding customers. Our customer-tailored software solutions based on Microsoft Office, OpenOffice or LibreOffice are widely used today at many thousands of desktops or are integrated in server-based systems. Even before Microsoft itself, DIaLOGIKa had already extended the operating systems of the time (Windows 3.x; Windows NT) and Office Suites (MS Word, etc.) to be multilingual, (including Greek), adapting them to European needs. Legislative drafts are created using our solution LegisWrite and coordinated between various institutions; our server-based converter and workflow solutions (PDF, OpenXML, ODF, OCR, Scan2Archive, etc.) are constantly being used by many thousands of users. But DIaLOGIKa doesn’t just design and develop tools. We advise the European Commission on many of its strategic decisions: whether on public key infrastructure (PKI), long-term archiving, or content management – the advice of our specialists is both sought and heeded.

Laws are drafted by various federal-level departments using our software solution eNorm, then …….. between the European Parliament and the German government, and finally, published. DIaLOGIKa has created and continuously, reliably maintains a large-scale, comprehensive, security-critical application that must be available around the clock at various locations. Most national security authorities use our solutions.

Apart from a few exceptions, the federal states are responsible for the security of their citizens. Many police departments and other authorities at the federal-state level use our software to fight and investigate crime. Since at this level laws and regulations are likewise drafted, passed, and published, a number of Germany’s federal-state governments use a customized version of eNorm.

Our customers in the domain of security organizations include federal-state tax offices, fire departments, intelligence agencies, and especially police authorities in the most German federal states. Our software solutions support these institutions in obtaining information within the provided legal framework.

In Luxembourg, companies provide their employees with individual retirement plans in conformance with statutory requirements. These plans are monitored and administered by the Luxembourgish General Inspectorate of Social Security (IGSS). We were commissioned by the IGSS to implement a centralized solution for the secure exchange of data between all companies in Luxembourg, one which meets the needs of the private sector business, of governmental supervision, and not least those of the individuals insured.
